More pictures of London!

Oooh really...this week has been absolutely insane and had gone by in a blur! Today is my look snuggly pooh's birthday ;) go on...wish him well...

Ok...enough of that...I have rented my apartment! Since I was having such problems selling it I posted it on Craigslist and the first person who came in decided that she wanted it and took it! So I am a few hundred dollars richer ;) Not that I will be even keeping the extra, it will all be going to my wonderful mortgage...*sigh* Annnyywwhooooo here are the pictures below!

West Minster Abbey...I know...not a very good picture...it was sooo beautiful!

I have no idea what building that is...

Loooooooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkk I LOVE these phone booths!!! I bought one for myself, David, and my brother! (A miniature of course)

Isn't this a beautiful cathedral?

The House of Lords...

Isn't this cool? I was in the Parliament area...

Can you believe that this is the Ministry of War??? Why are there two naked women in the front?

Does this look familiar?

This is in front of the National Art Gallery...That gallery is absolutely amazing!!! It has sooooo many paintings I was getting lost in it!

Does anyone know what that says, anyone?

Statue in front of Buckingham Palace

I am so easily awed...those gates are so pretty...

Buckingham palace...it isn't as amazing as I thought it would be...

One of the side gates of Buckingham

Wish I remembered what this was...

Ok...more later... :) I wanna go back...when I was on the plane I was looking at the Flight Map, this tells you where you are in reference to your destination. The screen will show the plane and then it will show the time for the destination and the departure...whenever I saw the departure area time I got sad...I was thinking of what I would be doing if I wasn't on the silly plane.

Re: Latin carving
Its the admiralty arch and it says :

"In the tenth year of King Edward VII, to Queen Victoria, from most grateful citizens, 1910."

Glad to be of help :-)
