I really am going to make an effort post daily!

Yesterday I weighed in 2.2lbs less :)

Here's what I have eaten and the exercises I have done:

Food
Breakfast
3 egg whites
1 wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup diced pineapples

Lunch
1 cup potato soup
2 cups salad
1 tbsp of fat free Italian

and for dinner...

Dinner
1/3 cup brown rice
1 cup green beans
3oz tuna

Exercise
2 sets of each superset and 10lbs for each exercise with a 90 second rest in between each set
Dumbbell Row (20 reps)
Incline dumbbell fly (20 reps)

Back lateral fly (20 reps)
Standing calf raises (25 reps)

Hammer curls (20 reps)
Lying tricep extension (20 reps)

Ballet Squat (20 reps)
Standing Lunges (20 reps)
