Chana Masala

Incredients:
1 can of Chick peas
1 large Potato
1 large Onion
4 green chilies
1/2 stack of Cilantro
Garlic and Ginger
Chana masala powder

Steps:
1. Cut potatoes, add it to the chick peas and cook it well.
2. Cut onions, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger and grind them together. [keep some cut onions and tomato aside]
3. Fry the remaining onions well
4. Add the ground paste from step 2, chana masala (3-4tbsp) and salt and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
5. Add the cooked chana and potatoes and mix
6. Add cilantro at the end and cook for a few minutes.
