Monthly Measurements

So this morning I did my end of the month measurements and I'm happy to say -7 inches :-D

Hip Size: -1.5"
Waist: -2"
Chest: -2.5"
Thigh: -.5"
Calf: -0"
Bicep: -0"
Neck: -0.5"

I definitely need to reassess my workouts. I'm lacking on building up leg and arm muscle...all in all, this has been a great end of month measurement :-)

My goal is to lose ~40 pounds by end of the year...so...10lbs per month? Totally doable...I'm just going to need to focus on my food and exercise.
