LOL...oh that...I started looking for condos and I decided to e-mail one of the RE Agents and he referred me to a Mortgage broker. The broker sent me a pre-approval document to fill out, I mailed it back and then about 30-45 minutes later he got back to me and let me know! :) Exciting isn't it???

LOL...you are funny. The questions were this:
  • Name
  • SSN
  • Age
  • Current Street Address
  • City/State/Zip
  • Rent or Own
  • No. of Years
  • Current Monthly Payment
  • Home phone
  • Ages of Children
  • Are you Self-Employed
  • Current Employer
  • Job Title
  • Work Phone
  • Total Annual Salary
  • How long at position
  • Sales Associate who referred you (this is the RE Agent)
  • Co Borrower (If you choose to have one if I wasn't able to do this on my own it would have been my dad and the co-borrower would fill out all the same info that you just did)
  • Institution Name and Balance (I did 5 of these for my Personal Checking, Bill Checking, Savings, IRA, and 401K)

Then you answer yes or no questions:
  • Have you had property foreclosed upon or given title or deed in lieu therefore in the last 7 years?
  • Are you presently delinquent or in default on any Federal debt or any other loan, mortgage, financial obligations, bond, or loan guarantee?
  • Are you a U.S. citizen?
  • Do you intend to occupy the property as your primary residence?
  • Have you had ownership interest in a property in the last 3 years?
  • Are you obligated to pay alimony, child support or separate maintenance?

Then you sign it and date it...
That's it! :)
