I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything. If you want to...

1, 2, 3!
What one thing do you want most out of life?
Would I look good with jet black hair?
If you could pick one thing to change about yourself, what would it be and why?

Re: 1, 2, 3!
You? lol...ok seriously...I want to be successful and happy...I know you said one, but that is two...I have an idea on how I wish to be successful and a thought and through my success I see happiness.

1. I think music says alot about a person, and so I am curious what you would consider your favorite song to be
2. and why do you like it so much?
3. Where did you meet your current love?

  1. Hmm...favorite song? I don't really have one...I can tell you my favorite genre is country... :)
  2. I love country because some of the songs really make me think about love or life...sometimes some of the songs stir an emotion in me that I didn't even know existed.
  3. hehe...off livejournal. I knew that I would be moving here so I started to look people up that were around my age and shared some of my interests. He was one of them...I thought he was cute...he seemed interesting (I read some of his first entries) and added him. We began chatting on-line...and voila...8 months later...

hehe...I love how I met him...

1. What defines right?
2. What defines wrong?
3. What, if anything, lay between those two?
Apr. 13th, 2004 08:38 pm (UTC)
My standard wise-ass answer:

A dictionary would suffice for questions 1 and 2...and in the ispell english language dictionary, there are 11173 words between 'right' and 'wrong', non-inclusive of the endpoints.

: )

Doesn't it depend on what's going on and what the subject matter is?
ugh...you had to ask me the difficult questions, didn't you?

  1. The philosophical answer is followed by a question...which philosophers theories do you follow? My feelings...I believe that what defines right and wrong for an individual is represented in one's heart...the things that define right and wrong for a society? That's a different story...and I would have to say that "right and wrong" in society is more driven by what the government or what the masses believe is ethically and morally right and wrong.
  2. Look at number 1...
  3. Grey area...unfortunately...the problem is that everyone has their own minds, their own thoughts and feelings. Simply stated, free-will...I believe I was told that is what differentiates people from other living beings...is we have self-awareness. We as a whole can decide what is right and wrong and it is not instinctual. For example, it is not "right" in societal standards to just randomly kill a person you don't even know if it was not in self-defense. The grey area is where one person would believe something is right and another person believes that it's wrong...who's right? No one. I guess what I am really trying to say is...there is really no right or wrong. It is really only defined by circumstances and the people involved, but nothing is truly set in stone. Is it right for a woman to be unfaithful to her husband? Now...doesn't it matter how that unfaithfulness came to arise? *shrug* The problem with attempting to define right, wrong, what is ethical or unethical leads to so many questions, so many possibilities...and quite honestly...very few answers.

hehe...I like these questions...the made me think...

1. If you had one super power, what would it be, and why?
2. You are now supreme ruler of the world. What is the first thing you'd do?
3. What skill/talent do you wish you had, but don't?
Apr. 14th, 2004 01:33 pm (UTC)
  1. Oooh...umm...Traveling into the future and the past, the future so I could find out the stocks and make tons of money...the past so I can experience it all first hand. There are so many things that I wish I understood better about the past, and being there to observe? Nothing would be better than that!
  2. Kill all the stupid people. LOL...I'm kidding...First thing I would do...get to know my subjects :) I would want to know what the majority wants, what they would want to see change and do my best to accomodate them, within reason of course. I would only do what I could to better the world...
  3. Musical talent. I wish I could be a prodigy... :) I wish I could play beautiful music and learn quickly...and perhaps even create new music to contribute...

Hehe...those were definitely interesting questions! Thanks :)

1. if there were one decision in your life that you could change, what would it be?
2. who are you closest to in your family?
3. describe your relationship with your boyfriend in one word (no more, no less!)
Apr. 14th, 2004 01:28 pm (UTC)
  1. I know this is going to be a real cliche answer...but nothing. I wouldn't be where I am today if I had made any choices differently...and I wouldn't be with the person I am with if I had made a different choice.
  2. My brother.
  3. Loving :)
