Recipe - Double Chocolate Cupcake

There are 2 versions, short, and long

Short

Ingredients:
1 Box of Betty Crocker's Double Dutch Chocolate Cake Mix with pudding
1 bag of Milk Chocolate morsels
1 plastic can of Double Fudge frosting

Directions:
1. Follow Betty Crocker's directions for the mixing
2. Add the bag of milk chocolate morsels after mixing the ingredients from Betty's together
3. Bake (following Betty's directions)

Long
Ingredients:
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 box of chocolate pudding mix
1 bag of Milk Chocolate morsels
1 plastic can of Double Fudge frosting


Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.
2. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, pudding mix, and salt in large bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Add chocolate morsels and hand beat.
3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes (I usually go about 23)
5. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes, then top off the cupcakes with the frosting
